All Museum programs are currently postponed for the health and safety of our guests. With the emergence of the COVID-19 virus, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend discontinuing large gatherings. Doing so can slow the rate of transmission, lowering the number of active cases at one time. This can help us avoid overwhelming the healthcare system. For a more detailed explanation, please visit flattenthecurve.com. It is our hope that we will be able to reschedule the event later in season. The Children's Museum of NJ is volunteer-run and only openJanuary through June 2020 HERE |

The
Children's Museum was incorporated
as a non-profit corporation in November, 1996 with the goal of
improving the quality of life for children and their families through
the creation and operation of a children's museum in Somerset County.
Through educational exhibits and programs, we hope to inspire every
child's natural curiosity and creativity, and to nurture a love of
learning. We also hope to showcase the talents of young adults in our
county. You are looking at one example of this right now! This web page
was initially created by Todd Ogin and Graeme Blair, students in
Montgomery Middle School.
The Children's Museum has rented office space in The PeopleCare Center, 120 Finderne Avenue, Bridgewater (just south of Rt 28). |
